1. Is it difficult for you to stay focused on something?
I have a case of self-diagnosed ADHD so it is impossible for me to fully concentrate on something for more than 30 minutes. With coffee, however, I would definitely be able to go for an hour or two.

For a very long time, I had concentration issues and I could not focus on one thing. I remember being miserable at my job and relationships until one day while reading a book, I read that the best method to concentrate is to have a routine. When you have a routine including exercises and proper nutrition, you can find it easier to focus.
I decided to go to the gym and do yoga to find solace. Not only does doing yoga in the morning provide me with the right mindset required for the whole day but also calms me from any thoughts of the past. There are different yoga techniques that we do in the morning to stay focused.
For instance, when I am really tired at work I can pull up and down my toes. It not only relaxes my toes but also helps in making me concentrate better. This also helps me to boost my productivity at work.

For instance,when you do your homework but you receive an invitation to a party, you may be tempted to go with friends. Moreover, the truth is we can hardly focus on one thing for a long time because the human brain isn’t built for extended focus. Concentration is more difficult if you have certain medical or mental health conditions, like depression.

Actually, I’ve never thought about it before but I think there are some effective strategies that employers can do to boost staff’s concentration. Companies could provide the spaces reserved for work and the proper conduct for the other areas within the company. For example keep the area as quiet as possible and limit movements. Also, define the areas where it is appropriate to have social interaction and distribute “Do not disturb” signs and posters.
